Welcome To Puzzles!
There’s a new place in town that just opened up — and I think a lot of you might want to swing by! From BF Homes to the Fort Strip, Puzzles: Board Game Lounge is now open! Though on a dry run still, Puzzles will officially open in a months time, but don’t let that stop you from going there of course! If you’re in the mood for some fun, laughs, good food, to unwind and just taking a break from the hustle and bustle of your daily life then this is the place for you. I personally love coming to Puzzles because it’s a great way for me to feel like a kid again by playing a bunch of board games with my family and friends! Although, a little bird told me that they’ll be serving some beer and mixed drinks there soon so maybe this can be my new go-to spot after work!
I heard that as of August 8, 2015 Puzzles officially obtained their liquor license! With that said, who is up for a nice bottle of beer?!
If all you want to do it eat then go for it, but the whole idea is for you to sit down and play! It only costs 100 bucks (now how cheap is that) to sit, play and just have hours of fun! And when I say hours, I really do mean hours! That fee of 100 bucks per person allows you to play for as long as you want. Cool concept I must say. So bring a lot of friends so you can all stay and try out a ton of board games together, or maybe go with your siblings and parents on a Sunday, and why not bring a date and get to know him/her while you’re there as well? You’ll never know. The possibilities are endless!
As I mentioned earlier, Puzzles serves food. Good comfort food to be exact! From burgers and fries, to fried chicken and mash, there are a ton of things to choose from. My favorites would have to be the Mozzarella Sticks, Fried Chicken & Mash, Mojos, Chicken Fingers and the Chicken Katsu Curry! Other things they have available are Milkshakes, different kinds of Coffee and some special sodas as well! Awesome right? So make sure you go on an empty stomach — cause you’ll want to try everything!!
Some of the dishes I got to make my family try were the following..
The Shrimp Quesadilla
The ever so delicious Mozzarella Sticks!!
Mac & Cheese
Hungry yet? Haha! Juuuuuuuuuuust kidding!
Witty dish names! LOL
These are a bunch of the games Puzzles currently has. They carry a total of 150+ games (not including the ones in the top shot) in the Fort Bonifacio branch alone! Puzzles has a good mix of both classic and new board games, but don’t worry if you and your friends don’t know how to play some of them, they have coaches available regularly to help guide you during your board game learning process. They can help teach you and maybe even suggest a cool new game for you to learn!
You can definitely say that this will be (without a doubt) my new favorite spot to be at. You’ll never know — you might just see me working/eating or playing some games one of these days! Lol See you at Puzzles: Board Game Lounge!
