Pleats Please

It isn’t everyday that you catch me in something pastel, so of course I needed to document this for my blog. Also, this is going to be one of the last few (I believe I have two more left) entries with my old look. Back when I visited Switzerland with my fellow blogger buddies Laur, David and Aileen we got to visit the Swiss Parliament Building in Bern. We were told in advance to wear something a bit dressier than usual because it was a (with the lack of a better term) serious place to be visiting during our trip. So believe it or not, I picked out this rose pink skirt with pleats, a cream turtleneck, my ash brown coat and a lavender bag. Now who would’ve thought that I’d come out with this pastel look, right? Well, of course I threw in a black belt and shoes cause I had to still somehow make it me one way or another! Btw, I shot this long ago but actually kept this look post in my drafts because I wanted to save it for when the rain and cooler days came rolling in. Luckily, as I type this the rain is falling so perfect timing!
